Yep I agree. History and bookmarks sync will seal the deal to make Orion my default browser. 🙂 I’m sure for many people this convenience is important for a good workflow

While I think History sync is important, I also agree with @Vlad that it should be marked as per device, otherwise it will ensure confusion. This is my opinion irrespective of how other browsers work, Orion doesn't have to copy exactly how other browsers work.

PS: I am using Orion as my default (≠ main) browser for some time now, w/ Safari and Firefox as backup.

Brave has a nice solution. Fully history shows chronological history on all devices, but there are tabs of your other devices to the left you can click to only show history on those specific devices. So if, say, you remember running across an article on a certain device, you can search for it on that device only. It therefore allows you to clear history on a single device only while still being synced.

TechEnthusiast Best would be to open a new issue for history sync with full specification/screenshots etc.

Could we also look at syncing history (as in, websites that were typed on another device)? I often type 2-3 letters of a site, and hit enter. Syncing these across devices would help tremendously.

Also syncing TAB GROUPS live would be amazing. Also, nested tab groups.

Vlad hey, new to Orion and for some reason nothing is syncing between mac and iOS for me. The import on Mac was smooth and complete but on iOS it’s as if it’s a clean install and there are no syncing tab groups, history, bookmarks, etc
