What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
Youtube just added a blocker that prevents any adblocker from working on their site(Which is fine since it is their main source of income), but Orion(even in compatibility mode) still gets detected as using an adblocker.
This is very annoying because I now can't use YouTube at all with Orion browser
Here it is(I also sent feedback to YouTube):
On: Mac M1, MacOS Ventura
What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
I expected YouTube to just work. Youtube should at least work in Compatibility mode(with ads), if not getting around the ad blocker(I'm not sure if anyone has done that yet).
Btw, the Youtube Anti-Adblocker was updated sometime within the last week.
Also, Youtube doesn't work in Safari(same issue), but ... Orion's content filter lists don't give an ad-free experience anymore. For now, signing out prevents that window from appearing.
What version of Orion are you running?
0.99.125-beta (WebKit 616.1.22)
Edit: YouTube works (most of the time) in compatibility mode for me. But to watch Ad free YouTube content I had to install an additional ad blockers extension and occasionally change my User Agent. Sadly, Orion's inbuilt content blockers still don't work for me.
