    • I created a Django project following the Mozilla MDN tutorial. When creating a new user from the admin page, it led to an OperationalError database is locked error. This occurs at part 8 of the tutorial if that is relevant. The error occurs even on a new clean Orion profile, but not on Safari or Chrome.

I am using Python 3.12.7 and Django 5.1.2 with a virtual environment

It should return to the users list page with a "user created successfully" banner.

      • The new automatic picture-in-picture feature is either "Automatic" or "Disabled". However, it is shown as "Picture-in-Picture: Disabled" which implies that PiP cannot be used. Instead, something like "Picture-in-Picture: Manual", "Auto Picture-in-Picture: Enabled/Disabled", or "Automatic PiP: Enabled/Disabled" is more intuitive, especially to a newer user. (I'm pretty sure "Automatic Picture-in-Picture" would not fit in the space given)

Just a small rewording to provide clarity for new users.

        • This is a feature I think works great in Arc browser. Having a pip box automatically appear when switching away from a video tab and then returning to full size video when going back to the video tab. Shouldn't be a manditory feature, but I think lots of people would enjoy it.

Arc browser has the exact implementation. Should be configurable on/off

          • Brief Summary
Currently, when you pinch to zoom out on a window that's at 100% zoom, like Safari, Orion changes to a view that shows all open tabs in a grid. I would like to disable this behavior.

            Details:
It's not always clear that the browser window is already at 100% zoom, so I frequently try to zoom out and then accidentally switch to the All Tabs grid instead.

(Honestly, I never do it on purpose. I don't personally find the grid view to be helpful.)

            Image/Video:

This is the view I'm talking about.

            • The suggestion is simple: Support the recently introduced passkeys.

There is already a discussion of WebAuthn, here:

              https://orionfeedback.org/d/197-support-for-webauthn

Moreover, the passkey feature is really WebAuthn under the hood, as far as I understand. So perhaps this feature suggestion should be merged with the above. But on the other hand, passkey usage seems sufficiently different from using a hardware token supporting WebAuthn to merit its own discussion.

Edit: I see this got tagged Desktop. I intended this suggestion to cover both desktop and iphone/ipad, but the web interface got the better of me.

Edit 2: I now see where I missed a rather obvious button. Apparently there is no way to make a suggestion for both categories at the same time.
