I created a Django project following the Mozilla MDN tutorial. When creating a new user from the admin page, it led to an OperationalError database is locked error. This occurs at part 8 of the tutorial if that is relevant. The error occurs even on a new clean Orion profile, but not on Safari or Chrome.
I am using Python 3.12.7 and Django 5.1.2 with a virtual environment
It should return to the users list page with a "user created successfully" banner.
