Steps to reproduce:
Go to view a pdf (Example:https://www.vy.no/globalassets/vy.no/filer-no/sykkel/sykkelmerke.pdf ). Click on the download button in the top right corner.

Expected behavior:
The PDF should download and show in the download section.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.124.4.1-beta (WebKit 616.1.14.11.1)
MacBook Pro (macOS Ventura 13.4.1 build 22F82)

Aditional Notes
This is not the case for all PDFs or all sites. (Example: https://www.apple.com/environment/pdf/Apple_Environmental_Progress_Report_2022.pdf) this PDF downloads as is. Clearing cache, and testing in a Private Window yield the same results.

    Interesting. I was able to re-produce this on Orion as well as Orion RC.

      jmanes I thought I was going crazy at first! It also seems to be linked to the "allow download from this site" prompt. The ones that work to download ask for that, but the ones that do not work, don't ask for that. I checked and the results on the page that doesn't work stay the same whether it is set to "Allow" or "Ask" for downloads.

        Just wanted to note that 0.99.123.3-beta seem to not even have this so its probably some newer regress in the code if you know what I mean there

          I'm experiencing the same issue on Version 0.99.125.5-rc (WebKit 617.1.6)

            I’m also having the same issue as described above and it’s all PDFs in the viewer that won’t download under the latest RC release as above.

              With the latest RC - Version 0.99.125.6-rc (WebKit 618.1.1) - Build date Oct 13 2023
              The two above links, the vy.no and Apple link, both work to download the PDF.

                  I'm experiencing PDFs not downloading/displaying.

                  I'm on a 2012 Mac mini running macOS 10.15.7 and Orion Version 0.99.126.2-rc (WebKit 618.1.2)

                  I think that's all the information you require, but I might be wrong. Please let me know if you need more information.
