Having the same issue. And while nested tabs are turned off, sometimes when more than 10 tabs opened nested tab created for some reason. Restart the browser fix it behaviour for some time.
Bug was appearing after last update to Version 0.99.131-beta (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)
In every browser that i used, when middle click on youtube on the video snippet opens it new tab. But in Safari and Orion, it opens in new tab, only when middle clicking on the text under the video snippet. Would be nice if in Orion that will work as in any another browser - middle click on video snippet -> new tab.
