    • Some sites have 2 pages for login, on the first page you need to enter and click a button, then you get to a second screen where you need to enter the password. When I check the source, the password field is correctly an input field with type=password
      webbooking.iotspot.co:

      account.sap.com:

Recognize the field as a password field and offer autofill, like in Safari and other browsers. Example from Safari:

Orion Version 0.99.131-beta (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4) Build date Feb 13 2025 MacBook Pro (macOS Sequoia 15.3 build 24D60)

      • skip password provider selection when there is only one active password manager
Right now, even if there is only one password provider active, like for example when only the system keychain is active, you still get an extra selection pop-up to choose this single active password manager

This second step, shown in the second screenshot is unnecessary as there is only one password provider active.

In Safari for example, this is how it works. If there is only one, it immediately even suggests a password if it knows one that is relevant for the site that you are visiting.

Somtimes when I try to use the Passwords App integration/system keychain integration, but it gets stuck, it does nothing when I click either choose password or cancel. The only way to get out is to quit Orion.
I can still choose a different password, but the buttons don't work anymore.

I expect the chosen password to get filled in when I click choose password, or at least be able to cancel the popup screen.

          • My feature entails adding Apple Passwords support like Safari. It will enhance existing workflows for people using iCloud Keychain (now Apple Passwords).

When a user goes to a login form a popup appears that allows them to autofill the username/password. Currently the only way to autofill passwords with Apple Passwords is to open the context menu > Autofill > Passwords > Search for the relevant site > Manually copy/paste the username & password (you have to redo the steps from the context menu for the username & password individually).

            • This feature provides the user a more convenient and straightforward experience.

If I try to use a 3rd party password manager, then Orion does not give me the option to automatically fill in the password like Safari does:

              (Example shows Safari)

Instead Orion requires me to click on the key icon, press on the 3rd party's password manager option and search for the login details inside the password manager's app making the process to login longer.

              • Brief Summary
Allow us to add multiple websites to a password

                Details:
Certain websites share an account. However, since we cannot add multiple websites to the same password, we need to either manually look up the password every time we log in or add the same password once for each website, which is problematic since anytime we change the password/username, we need to edit two passwords which is tedious. In apple keychain, since I can add multiple websites to the same password, I only need to make changes in one place.
