  • I am having an issue with the latest release - the font size looks very compressed / unreadable in Orion - including for this site (I have to report this from another browser - see picture below).

I tried reinstalling, disabling all extensions, etc. but it is still happening - any suggestions?

The font used to be readable, but is not working on the latest build.

    MacOS Version 0.99.131.0.2-beta (WebKit 619.1.11.111.2)

    Sequoia (15)

    • When opening a new tab, I often hit Cmd-T, then immediately start typing my search term. However, a second or two later, Orion clears what I'm typing and populates the default URL for a new tab (in my case, https://kagi.com), then throws my cursor into the search field on Kagi search (but I've lost what I've typed).

      What I'd prefer:

      • Detect that I'm entering text, and let me keep entering it until I hit Enter
      • Load the default page content in the browser window without overwriting my typing in the URL field

Alternatively, I suppose you could "move" my typed text to the search field on the Kagi search page and let me continue typing there, but the above request seems more practical and intuitive to me.

      Thanks for considering this.

      • With Orion profiles, it is possible to be only logged in into services that match the profiles' intention.

A "private" profile could be used for one's personal paid <music streaming service> account or to shop on <favourite shopping website>. As on the other hand, the <developer platform service> is only relevant for the "work" related profile.

Mixing those services across profiles (being logged in multiple times with the same account) would undermine the intention of clear separation (exceptions might exist) and should not be the best practise.

To take profiles to the next level, I would like to suggest having an option that enables me to define that certain services (websites) should always be opened in a specified profile.

Example: When configuring that <music streaming service> should open in my private profile, each time I enter the URL, the website will be forcibly opened in my private profile. Preventing of unintentional mixing of services and making the users' life easier.

        • I am not really sure if this is a bug or a feature request, but it seems that Profiles other than the "Default" one are not synced via iCloud. Perhaps this is hard to do with the current implementation or is planned.

          Steps to reproduce:
Have two desktop computers using Orion and syncing via iCloud. Create a new profile on machine A.

          Expected behavior:
I would expect the new profile to appear, after a couple of minutes, on machine B as an available profile with its own history, bookmarks, etc.

          Orion, OS version; hardware type:
          0.9.121.1-beta, macOS Ventura.

          • When right clicking on a link, there should be an option to open the link in a certain profile, possibly underneath the "Open Link In New X" section
