It’s not possible to install chrome extension on iPad, Orion doesn’t show the pop up windows to accept installation. Do you have a issue? I’ll try on my Mac directly on Chrome and i have the pop up.

yesterday it worked perfectly, today I can't install any extension, it gives the same problem to someone else? Obviously I enabled the extensions of both Crome and Safari since yesterday I was using it.
I only have the installation bar that spins endlessly and beyond 
I would expect it to work like yesterday and install extensions from the Crome store
