This is not consistently reproducible; if it was I'd post a recipe. But for many months I've found that 1Password (by a mile my most-important extension) works fairly poorly in Orion Desktop. Examples:
- I can't log in with my finger-scan, ever. That hasn't even been offerred to me. So logging into 1P is slow, requiring that I type out a complex password every time. (Annoying, given that I need it many times a day.)
- In the 1P Settings, the Connection Status seems to usually show as "Connection Problem", even when 1P is open on my desktop.
- 1P goes to sleep quickly, generally in something like a minute or two, even though I have it set to 30 minutes in the Settings. (I would guess this has something to do with the Connection Problem, but I dunno.)
- Autofill sometimes works, but more often than not doesn't. I have yet to figure out any consistency there, but the result is that I frequently have to go back and forth between 1P and my browser page, manually copy/pasting.
I've reinstalled 1Password several times over the past year, to no avail -- the problems haven't changed when I've done so.
1Password should preferably work consistently, as it does in Chrome.
(The fact that it doesn't is my 1-number-one problem with Orion, by a wide margin.)
