      Yes, issue persists.
      Safari does NOT behave the same way.

      Expected behavior:

      Window to resize without stuttering, or lagging, as Safari does.

      Version 0.99.119-beta (WebKit 615.1.1)
      MacBook Air (M1, 2020) (macOS Monterey 12.5.1 build 21G83)
