Resizing browser vertically window lag

Steps to reproduce:
Resizing the browser window vertically has poor performance

Expected behavior:
It should not lag when resizing verticlaly

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion 0.99.110
macOS 12.1

Image/Video:

Safari on the other hand has no issue at all.

It's still here on 0.99.114.1-beta (macOS Monterey 12.4)
