I use such feature to manage my Google Chat/Mail notifications. Having such feature is very useful as there is no native app and PWA is the only way to be notified (beside the OS notification which is somehow not optimal)

Evaluating Orion for now and the fact that there are 2 icons is difficult to understand for me.
I like arc implementation a lot to manage profiles but important thing finally is to get only one dock icon.
Safari's implementation a good compromise, since it's easy to switch from one window to another once it's executed.On the other hand, having to think about which profile I want to use in order to choose which icon to click seems counter-intuitive.
Got the same, seems that the extension is not loading.
