Add a translate this page feature to Orion that uses Kagi Translate. Similiar to Summarize Page, a user should be able to right-click and select Translate Page. It would also be nice to include a translate button at the end of the url bar, similar to Safari.
oooo this would be really useful since I do a lot of reading of spanish websites
I'd also love this feature, perhaps by detecting the language on the page and auto-translating when a specific language is encountered.
Perhaps this feature can be added to the website settings to enable automatic translation when visiting specific websites.
However, the translation for kagi seems unable to translate dynamically generated content, and this flaw may affect the browsing experience, so the feature I proposed is open for discussion.
Apple has an API for this.
I am not sure why Orion decided to skip it, maybe they are cooking something better?

While not exactly here is a slightly modified bookmarklet that gets the job done. If you have text selected it gets translated, if not the current page is opened in translate, and if you are on the start page, then it just opens translate.

Would be nice to add the translate option to the url bar where the other options such as “summarise this” can be found, that way it keeps the url bar tidy and minimal

What I mean is to add a Kagi translate option to this menu list and it could show the translation either in the same tab or in a new one.

Yes please! I recently started using the translate page option in Safari and it's super helpful. I tried installing Google Translate extension to see if it did the same thing but it didn't. Would be great if it was built in to Orion!

Very nice feature to add to Orion! The translations are perfect.
One thing that I still favor with other browsers translate function is the ability to translate text directly on the active page without redirecting. Safari on iOS, and Safari/Vivaldi/Firefox on macOS are good examples here.
This helps me with translating websites that require me to be logged in, which is very important for me living in a foreign country, and it makes the user experience seamless.
Is this something remotely possible to implement in the future with Kagi translate? This is I think the one thing holding me back from fully switching on iOS and macOS to Orion.
