On certain websites, such as Reddit and the New York Times, popups appear soon after page load encouraging the viewer to sign in with an external account provider, such as Twitter or Google.
In the latest RC, these popups do not appear. Instead, the page attempts to redirect to the popup frame itself, which leads to a blank white screen. I am unable to reproduce on a blank profile, but this happens every page load on Reddit and some on NYT in my main profile, regardless of compatibility mode.

The popup should appear without causing a page redirect.
