Can not reproduce. Can you reproduce with a new clean orion profile?

    I can't even open a new post ehre because of the contsant issues and I'm on 14. I can't type or login to most sites

    After clicking with two fingers while scrolling, Orion turns into a never ending mouse loading screen (yellow loading with mouse). From then on, the macOS dock isn't accessible as well.

    I don't know what is causing this, but this happened on multiple occasions while using Orion.
    This is a very critical bug.

    Content loads rather than being stuck in an infinite loading screen which you can only stop through the Task Manager. Command X doesn't work.

      It would be, but unfortunately I can not reproduce it. Can you from a new clean Orion profile?

              I was able to reproduce the spinning ball with a clean profile on the first try. But when I tried to record a video, I could no longer trigger it. Will report back when I have more consistent results.

                If anyone is running syncthing (the login UI), I get a freeze 100% of the time. Safari unaffected

                  Using synology ui will also 100% lock up when a checkbox or another UI element comes up under DSM

                    I also have these crashes. In my case it happens from time to time when I have 2 windows open at the same time (each with a few tabs). I note the next crash

                    Yeah, this is an issue that is caused by clicking with two fingers, perhaps linked to a setting in macOS.
                    Whether it be selecting text and then clicking or clicking a link.
                    I was using latest dev beta for macOS, perhaps it's only happening with macOS 15.

                      Happened a few times in the past 1-2 days.
                      Websites that have login forms or other data entry fields seem to make the whole Orion freeze.
                      I can click into the field and manually type characters. I can't CMD+V or right-click to paste anything. The blinking cursor is missing.
                      Whenever this happens, Orion becomes slow and then I need to force kill and restart it.
                      As an example I am attaching this Allianz login website.
                      FYl i have the 1Password extension installed.

                      I am on MacOS 15.0 Public Beta.

                      EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
                      Blinking cursor, can paste data into fields, Orion not freezing

                            Merged 3 posts from Orion freezes (becomes unresponsive) after cursor disappears in web form data-entry fields.

                              Vlad, latest update solved the issue of Syncthing UI and Synology UI issues/freezes 🙂

                                Spoke too soon. this is so bad. the cursor disappears most of the time which I believe is the cause of this freeze bug. most websites, you cant see the text cursor like this box
