Some orionfeedback.org notifications aren't triggered despite the criteria being met

I hate to be a nuisance and continue dwelling on this insignificant issue, but I still am not getting those notifications.
Earlier today I flagged the iOS content blocker breaking reddit dupes: https://orionfeedback.org/d/6176 and those did not trigger a notification despite them being enabled in the settings:

The issue in the original report still likely exists for me. Would it be okay to create a test report just for testing what notifications actually trigger?

The following notifications work:

• someone replies so my post
• someone updates the status of a discussion I participated in
• someone likes one of my posts
• someone mentions me in a post
• someone upvotes one of my posts
• one of my discussions being merged with another

I have not received a notification for the following events even though they are enabled in my profile settings:

• A best answer is set in a discussion I participated in
• An automated reminder to select a best answer in a discussion I started
• A post I flagged is handled by a moderator
