Say you have a minimum of 2 folders on your bookmarks bar, each with bookmarks in them.

You click on one to expand and decide you want to go into the next folder, then you need to either click outside of the folder somewhere or on a link. (Possible bug here as well: you cant always dismiss it effectively without clicking outside two or three times outside of the folder area. You cant even click on the same folder name to dismiss.)

Can it behave similar to how it does with chrome, where if one folder is already expanded you can hover your mouse over the next folder and it expands that without another click?

isuru Can you verify how it behaves in Safari?

Vlad It behaves the same way. Please disregard my remark about possible bug.

isuru OK thanks for checking. Orion follows native macOS UX patterns and they may seem strange for people coming from other browsers that don't do that.

Vlad Ive rechecked it to properly reproduce the bug.

I've made two videos for you, first of the bug where im randomly clicking different areas trying to dismiss the window (https://orionfeedback.org/assets/files/2023-08-05/1691201126-697511-screen-recording-2023-08-05-at-55855-am.mov. Note that Safari will dismiss it with a single click everytime. The second of my feature request (based out of chrome) where I can freely move between folders (https://orionfeedback.org/assets/files/2023-08-05/1691201259-958567-screen-recording-2023-08-05-at-60027-am.mov)

isuru Can you please post this as a seperate bug report?

Hi! Could this be added to the preferences so I could toggle between chrome-style handing and the default?

                No one is typing
