Vlad Hi @Vlad , apparently it's something to do with my System Preferences, it's fine now sorry. I fiddled with it more again and I just learned that you can also allow/disallow notifications in the System Preferences and Orion's notifications is off. Still a newbie to OS X, I've only used it extensively this like past 3 days.

Yeah you also need to make sure that "Allow notifications" switch is on for Orion in System Preferences. Inconvenience!

Hi again, I find one website that I can't make the notification permission pop-up (but it does appear on Safari). One will need to create an account to test though: https://www.wuxiaworld.com

Once you created an account, try clicking Enable push notifications.

jp06 This post is marked as Done as Orion alrady pushed support for desktop notifications that were requested. If what you need is something different, you should create a new post with exact speficication for your feature suggestion.

Vlad Understood, thank you! It is also desktop push notification but not sure what exactly is different on this website's push notification making it not work no matter how I fiddle with the settings. I'll try to investigate it a bit and detail it in a separate post (when I get the time).

Inside notification center in system preference I cannot find Orion I wanted to turn on Notifications but Orion do not appear. Will there come a fix for that soon ?

Vlad I think it makes use of the Web Push API which is distinct from using Apple's push notification service. @catch-22 has opened a separate issue here: https://orionfeedback.org/d/3524-web-push-notifications-supportenhancement/3
