There's a couple of issues I'm noticing:

  1. The website has a hard time keeping up with changes from regular sized compact toolbar and mini toolbar
  2. Enabling Focus Mode from regular compact mode or mini toolbar mode leaves the colored background where the toolbar was.

    I waited 3 years for colored bar but then its only if compact tabs are enabled. XD

    In Safari if there is only the address bar shown without any (other) tabs, colored bar is still shown and not disabled, or if i enable compact tabs in Orion and show the sidebar with vertical tabs, colored bar is still shown.

    Why its disabled for other layouts? Its colored bar/theme, not tabs, or e.g. in html meta tag is called "theme-color" not "tabs-color"... to "customize the display of the page or of the surrounding user interface" ;-)

    I use vertical tabs (only) and miss the colored bar a lot! Please enable it for all layouts... but please do not color the sidebar. ;-)


      tom Totally agree that the colored bar should be for all layouts as well. Safari had this initially but then they got rid of it. Not sure why

              Is there plans to expand this to vertical tabs as well, since the toolbar is very similar?

                I know we have vertical and compact now but i would really love to see support for regular tabs!!

                Is there a colour chrome option for iPad? Couldn't find the suggestion thread for it.
