Most of things talked here are addressed in the next release (minus kanban tabs) so I am going to mark this as done. We are planning to have kanban tab management in the future. Here is a design preview.

That looks incredible! As someone who tried and bounced off Arc just like OP, I'm really looking forward to this! One that note, Arc allows you to assign profiles to windows, and switch them using the gesture/keyboard shortcuts. Would that work on Orion too? I'm already tinkering with the window switcher, being able to assign profiles there would instantly make it 10x as useful.

You can already assign shortcuts to profiles. If you need more, open a new feature suggestion.

Hopefully this makes sense to add here. I like the way Arc has 8 icon slots for tab groups. Any plans to do that? For horizontal tabs it would have to be an optional row above tabs. The benefit is easier visual identification of Tab groups. In short, I want to NOT have a drop down list but have all available with one click.
