Allow custom filter lists for the native adblocker

Steps to reproduce:

Visit (https://dailymotion.com)
Detects ad blocker.

With Compatibility Mode on, the pop-up disappears.
Doesn't happen in Brave Browser for example.

Expected behavior:
Watch dailymotion with Compatibility Mode off.

Just uBlock origin gives us the ability to add custom filters. Orion too should do that. Even Brave browser for IOS has implemented it.

Orion does not seem to block cookie pop-ups. (iOS 16.2)

In my opinion, either you could try to make this extension work: https://github.com/OhMyGuus/I-Still-Dont-Care-About-Cookies or you should be able to include these lists in Orion's built-in adblock (that are used on uBlock Origin): EasyList Cookie and https://adguard.com/en/blog/new-annoyance-filters.html

Btw, I can't install the extensions from the Chrome webstore... no button appears on it.

So I see that Orion's built-in adblock use Easylist Privacy along with some other lists.
Maybe my idea could work? Does anyone have any other ideas? How do you get around pop-up cookies on iPhone?

If you visit websites like google.com or youtube.com, the extension should automatically remove the "Accept cookie" banners, but it doesn't do anything.

Brrrrrra This extension ironically is sold to a tracking company. Threre's "I still don't care about cookies" that is being what "I don't care about cookies" once used to be.

Both of these seem to work. The former has the performance issues we discussed and made a separate bug tracker for.

Firefox are also working on something that may be useful or of interest - https://github.com/mozilla/cookie-banner-rules-list

Brave seems to be using the easy-cookie list.

For the case I can see on your picture I use "Make ReCaptcha's "I'm not a robot" accurate" Firefox extension. Of course I can't guarantee it would work on Orion. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/make-recaptcha-text-accurate/

I still don't care about cookies was intended (as far as I see it) for removing banners at the bottom of the webpage that claims that it uses cookies.

These extensions for blocking cookies pop-up don't work. I've tried so many of them! As I've said, the only solution in my opinion is to add the following list in Orion's adblock: EasyList Cookie List.

It could be tested to see if it works. I consider it a better solution... as long as it works 😉
