Option in settings to Hide "Edit" button on Start Page

Steps to reproduce:

In iOS app, remove Favorites and Frequently Visited from Start Page
"Edit" button remains visible

Expected behavior:
In order to have a cleaner interface, I think it would be better to hide the "Edit" button for users that want to have an empty start page. If I want to add Favorites or Frequently Visited, I can do that through the Settings.

mara_vilhosa We can not show edit on screen, if user disabled all sections.

How would you re-enable it back?

This is something that annoys me in Safari too. To avoid having only the Edit button, I’m forced to add other content when what I really want is just a blank page. +1

Vlad Could the "Edit" button be hidden only when the user has de-selected all of the options (i.e. Favorites, Frequently Visited)? If the user re-selects one of the options, then I think it would be relevant to show the button again.

If that’s not possible, can we match the desktop version and have the edit button as an icon at the bottom right corner? Would that be less intrusive?
