Colored bar appears on fullscreen video when creating a new tab

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new Orion profile
• Enable Compact Tabs
• Play a video in full screen mode
• Create a new tab in the window where the video is playing
• Note that a light/dark (depending on the color theme) appears in the full screen video.

No such bar should appear.
