  • ubuntudroid When logging in to app.tana.inc using Google SSO the sign in popup appears, but stays empty.

This part is now fixed. the popup shows the contents correctly, with compat mode disabled

ubuntudroid but the SSO popup doesn't automatically close (one can close it manually though without causing any problem).

but this issue is still present.

  • I expect this to be fixed in the next release, let us know.

  • I imported everything again and did some tests. Quite a few of my logins give errors, but that must be the autofill logic. Many others do work.
I wasn't aware that I could pull up a Passwords window to copy the 2FA codes. That helps. I'll keep an eye on it.

Yesterday I wrote an email to Dave Tear from 1Password that the lack of real transparency and the lack of connectedness from the devs to the users on the forum bothers me and that I've known it to be different. It's a curse of growing as an organization to do it right, but still.
I mentioned that e.g. for a long time nothing is being done about Orion. And that I wonder why they don't put one or two devs up to it for a few days together with Orions people Vlad to have 1P user satisfaction repaired. Curious if I hear from him. Then I'll report back.

I would love to figure out why you can log in, and I can't. When I log in to 1password.eu server, I get to the 1Password website with my vaults (so login works). When I open another tab and visit a website where I have to log in and try to use 1Password, I get kicked to the following page:

Even if I enter again my password, it doesn't stay logged in.
I'm on macOS 12.3.1 with Orion 115.3 beta.
I've installed the 1Password plugin from the Chrome webstore.
Curious to know if you read anything that's different from your situation.

      Thanks, Jan

      • Steps to reproduce:

        1. Install Orion (for the first time)
        2. open https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/vimium/dbepggeogbaibhgnhhndojpepiihcmeb (or probably any extension)
        3. try to install
        4. button changes to Checking...
        5. open extensions from menu > Manage
        6. select Add extension
        7. select Install Chrome Store
        8. search the extension
        9. Try installing
        10. gets successful
        11. but it seems take some time for the extension to actually get to start working

        Expected behavior:
Installing works successfully from the get go via the direct url (or by search) without having to open the extension menu

        Orion, OS version; hardware type:
        Orion: Version 0.99.115-beta (WebKit 614.1.12)
