    • In Address bar is bugged with voice over

      Using the address bar of Orion with voice over occasionally leads to not being able to type a search query as the suggestion window gets in the way. This doesn't happen with safari

      Typing into the address bar should be possible even as voice over focus has moved to suggestions.

      • In Sound as page has reloaded

        For example The icab browser which can be found at ical.de does this. Safari on mobile used to do this to but it is broken. Microsoft edge announces it through voice.

        I'd like to have an option that play's a sound, indicating that a page is fully loaded. Accessibility vise, this would be very useful for voice over users who can't look at the visual status indicator.

        Blind user could use this to know when all content on a page is fully loaded. This'ld be used mostly for sites that take some time to load like self-hosted searing instances.

          For voice over users, focusing the favorite pane leads to only a click, but no announcement from voice over that the favorites are focused.

            Using the newest orion version, voice over announces the customize start page control just as an unlabeled button.

              Vlad No. This issue doesn't happen in safari. I've tested it on Safari Version 18.3 (20620.2.3)

                  The download permission dialog can't be accessed with voice over.
                  To reproduce:

                  1. turn on voice over, cmd f5
                  2. Open a site with a download link on it.
                  3. Press opt ctrl space on the download link to activate.
                    expected behavior:
                    Voice over should focus the dialog asking if you really want to download the file.
                    Actual behavior: Voice over remains in the web content, failing to see the allow dialog even if no longer interacting with web content.

                  Voice over should be able to navigate the dialog.

                    Steps to reproduce:

                    The bug is pritty easy to reproduce. Enable voice over on mac os and try to navigate through the tool bar or status bar. Voice over announces several UI controls just as button or with an unclear description like right arrow button.
                    Expected behavior:
                    <What you expected to happen?>
                    Voice over should announce the correct item labels, like back button or new tap button

                    mac os ventura developer beta 7, orion Version 0.99.120.0.1-beta (WebKit 614.1.20) Hardware used is a mac book pro m1.
