this bug seems to have returned in the last update
In Opening Orion in mission control from another app causes the last used window to open regardless of the window selected

When switching to Orion from another appliction with mission control, the last used Orion window will be shown regardless of the window that is selected.

I expect it to open the selected window which only works when switching from another Orion window.
