  • Hello, Hello,

I started using Orion and all good, everything works fine, but GitHub site, especially work around Pull Requests, like making suggestion or opening big PR works very slow, when you click "add suggestion" you wait a sec to see textarea and then you wait few secs before it will allow input.
It could be on my side, but it doesn't work like that in other browsers. I could provide more debug info if needed.

In Safari it works a bit better, you still wait for textarea to appear, but you can input text straight after it.

    so,

    1. Open Pull Requests
    2. Open diff
    3. Click "add suggestion"
    4. Try to input text

I would expect it to appear and work right after click
I would expect github pull requests related pages to load faster, as now navigation is slow

    • Sidebar trigger when mouse move(slow) over left edge in compact tab mode.

Sidebar should not auto trigger when using compact tab, or there should be an option to disable that behavior.

      • When typing into a textarea, I will randomly see text appear and disappear as I'm typing. It even seems to grab text from earlier in the textarea and briefly move it to the current cursor, then jump back to where it was as I keep typing.

If I ignore it and keep typing, my text ends up okay, but it's very annoying

I've also attached a video. It is not site-specific, but it does seem to get more pronounced the more text I have typed. It's done this to me in Github, gitlab, and dozens of other sites. The only extension I have installed is 1Password. (fun fact, it's doing it to me right now as I'm typing this bug report out).

I just updated Orion RC this morning, but it has been doing this prior to that as well. It's not new to the new version.

I expect that as I'm typing in a textarea, the input remains stable.

        • I like to use visited link styling as a visual reminder of which articles I've already read. Orion sets the styling correctly when I click a link and then navigate back, but if I restart the browser the visited link status is lost.

          For example, on https://blog.kagi.com/blog

Click any link to read an article, then click Back.

The article I clicked is purple, as expected.

Now quit Orion and restart it. Navigate back to the blog index and no links have styling to indicate they have been visited.

I expect visited link history to be preserved across browser sessions, and ideally even synced between devices like Safari does.
