Steps to reproduce:
On iOS, with dark mode enabled, tap the tabs icon and then the “1 tab” menu to view your list of tab groups.

Expected behavior:
Text is blue or white on the dark background.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion 1.1.5, iOS 16.0.3, iPhone 12 Mini
