I tried reproducing this on -beta and -rc but on both versions the download functioned as expected:
- Go to https://www.jetbrains.com/go/download/download-thanks.html
- Click "Allow" in the Do you want to allow downloads -prompt
- One download starts, and no redirects happen
Are you able to reproduce this issue on a fresh Orion profile? File -> Profiles -> New Profile... ?
