      1. I clicked on a link to a pdf
      2. A new tab called "Untitled" with no content and a white background is created and the download starts.
      3. The download finishes and I can view the PDF with the app of my choice.
      4. The empty tab doesn't go away and has to be closed manually. Closing it doesn't crash the app.

In safari, the new tab is also present (as in all browsers) but should close automatically after the download begins. Plug-in PDFs for example open nicely in a new window but the ones that require a download just create this empty tab. Happens in both the normal version and the RC.

        1. I went to macosicons.com to download some macOS icons.
        2. Clicking any icon on the site starts a download for it (.icns file), which starts in a new tab.
        3. The file download proceeds as normal with the system prompt for download location, download indicator icon, and then successfully downloading to Finder.
        4. After the download, there's a leftover tab that is normally closed automatically when the download starts. This tab is fully white, not respecting dark theme. There is no URL, and is labeled Untitled. Closing this tab immediately crashes Orion.

        See video:

If I recall correctly, new tab downloads are usually automatically closed as soon as the download starts. If anything, this tab should be able to be closed without crashing.
