I sometimes get Orion windows in a state where there are multiple tabs open as shown by the sidebar counter and the context menu, but the UI 'tab' elements are not visible at the top of the screen.
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Orion but close all open windows
- Click on a link in another app eg Mail to open a preview pop-up window
- Click the icon to expand the preview into a full Orion window
- Cmd-click on a link from the viewed web page
Result: you have a window with 3 tabs, one of which is the start page, the second is the previewed link and the third is the clicked link. The tab bar is not visible.
When expanding the preview, I expect a new Orion window to open with 1 tab (showing the previewed page). When cmd-clicking, I expect a second tab to be added to the window and the tab bar to appear.
