    • when the toggle for "Use ⌘-1 to ⌘-9 to switch tabs" enabled, ⌘-1 to ⌘-9 open the first 9 bookmarks. when it is disabled, it switches tabs. This is backwards of what the description is.

      • Steps to reproduce:
Tab groups do not restore to previous state or sync the current state between desktop and mobile. Example 1: On quitting Orion on desktop and reopening the previous set of tabs loads does not reflect the tabs that were open when quitting Orion. Example 2: Opening a tab group (window) that was created on mobile and closing tabs does not sync to mobile (previously closed tabs are still open.) Reopening the tab group on desktop shows the previously closed tabs.

        Expected behavior:
Tab groups save and sync in real time.

        Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion desktop 0.99.114-beta, Orion mobile 1.0.3.120, MacOS 12.3.1, iOS 15.4.1

        • Steps to reproduce:

          1. Run Orion 0.99.113.2-beta.
          2. Install Vimium C from the Chrome store.
          3. Observe that clicking the Vimium C extension icon works
          4. Observe that functionality such as "x" (close tab) works. (There are other issues, but that's besides the point here.
          5. Observe that the options page loads.
          6. Upgrade to Orion 0.99.114-beta. (You can remove and re-install the extension if you will, results were the same here.)
          7. Observe that clicking the Vimium C extension icon and observe that the window is blank.
          8. Observe that functionality such as "x" (close tab) does not work.

          Expected behavior:
The basic Vimium C extension functionality should still work, such as loading the extension menu and showing the options page, as well as a decent amount of keybindings.

Extensions like below ones read user login info from the corresponding product app page

But they can't read the login info from the app page

            Expected behavior:
            Can login successfully

            • The choice between a horizontal tabbar at the top or tabs in a sidebar isn't really a global user preference to me. Placing tabs on the side or top depends on what I'm doing, case to case.

For example, if I have many tabs, I may want them on the side. If I want to "immersively" browser one or two sites in one window, I may want to tabs on top. When I'm developing with the dev tools on the right, I may also want to tabs on top to maximise the remaining horizontal space for the site.

I realise this would require a small (icon?) button in both states, but I imagine there may be more tab-related settings or actions coming in the future, so this could be a typical three dots ··· icon with all those secondary features grouped underneath.

              • Steps to reproduce:
Open Orion and browse, leave it open for days, quit and relaunch.

                Expected behavior:
uBlock Origin should autoupdate to the latest version but does not (both from Firefox and Chrome store). I have to uninstall and then reinstall it. It's my only extension which the developer updates frequently, so I can't tell if other extensions are affected (Simple Translate, e.g.)

                  Steps to reproduce:
                  Press shift+W, or W.

                  Expected behavior:
Current tab will simulate a mouse event dragging the tab outside of its current region, shifting the new tab region to another place by a few pixels based on the default that this browser has defined as, as well as have the current tab contents which are loaded into memory, such as scroll position and current website state all the same.

                  Orion/macOS:
                  0.99107.8 11.5.2
