  • When looking at the debug log while in dark mode, info-level messages are written in black, making them almost unreadable

When in dark mode, info level messages in debug log should appear in white

    • The "Velja" app already lets you do pretty much what you are looking for. You can set rules like "If link is from [App], open in [Browser]". Since Orion profiles are setup to show as different applications, this does seem to work without any extra hassle.

    • Steps to reproduce:

      • Right/ctrl click on a button
      • Click edit
      • Select the more icons icon
      • Be unable to leave the menu without closing the entire edit window

      Expected behavior:

      • Be able to close the menu through a button and/or escape key, and be brought back to the edit button menu.

      • can you provide any more details about how exactly it is broken?

        • Steps to reproduce:

          • Open a pop-up window
          • right click on the top of the window
          • Select "icon only" or "icon & text"

          Expected behavior:
Either creation of a normal window, or an error message/option not existing

          Actual behavior (in new window)

          • New tab button does not work
          • Selecting "open in a new tab" on links causes other tabs to disappear from the tab bar, but does not delete them
          • Window is renamed on tab change
          • Some display elements (URL, buttons) are offset slightly to the right
          • Extensions do work
          • New tabs can only be created from the tab overview menu

          • Seems to work in compatibility mode, sorry 😿

            • Steps to reproduce:

              • Visit www.github.com/login/
              • Enter username & password
              • Get directed to a "something went wrong" page

              • I've had this issue with some GSuite apps opting to open links like this. I could not get a video without leaking personal information, but I have also noticed this in the last several releases.

                • Steps to reproduce:

                  1. Attempt to open a web link (Noticed issue in some google services, mostly Google Calendar. Upon messing around with it, I noticed it in both Google Calendar and "Classroom".
                  2. Web link opens in the same type of window used for a popup, rather than a new tab link clicking pretty much any other web link

Not an issue in Orion compatibility mode or Safari.

                  Expected behavior:
link opens in a new tab

                  Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.123.2-beta (Have noticed this in the last 2-3 beta releases too)

                  Image/Video:
I'll try to upload a video later once I have some time to record on a separate google account without leaking my personal details, but I wanted to report the bug before I forgot about it.

                  • Having this same issue right now. Occurred in Google Slides & Gmail, with both reloading with no notice (At separate times).

                    • For chrome extensions, you can normally go to the "Tools" menu at the top of your screen, select "Extensions", and click "Install from Chrome Store". You can browse and install chrome extensions from the Chrome Web Store the same way you would on Google Chrome. As far as I know, you don't have to do anything extra to allow chrome extensions

                      • When using the bookmarks feature in Orion, you can store bookmarks in folders, however the folders can only be created from the sidebar menu by right/control/two-finger clicking and selecting new folder. There should be a way to create a new bookmark folder from the menu for bookmarking a site.

                        • In the "Check for Updates" menu for the free version of Orion, it will inform you that you are on the latest version available even if a newer RC version exists. Perhaps show a message saying something along the lines of "You are on the latest version of Orion. For access to more frequent updates, please subscribe to Orion+"

                          • this might be a google problem, i've had this same issue both in Safari and Chrome

                            • seen this same issue, primarly with things like the google forms favicon carrying over the sheets/docs/etc

                            • i've had this same issue, sometimes hitting 2-3 GB of ram being used by various orion processes.
