    • Vlad I am sorry, I forgor about this. I deleted my extensions and it solved the problem. I deleted my two extensions.

edit: it only reaches around 400mb

      • Vlad I started with a clean profile but it only reached 400mb, I'm not sure what is causing the issue. Also safari was only 100mb off on the same website.

Edit: back on the default profile, it is 1.96GB from being on a single website.

        • Vlad Where do I start from a clean profile?

          • My extension are lastpass and grammarly.

            • Steps to reproduce:
I was just using the browser looking at kogan (shopping). That was the only tab open. Even right now its taking excessive ram just for this one tab.

              Expected behavior:
I expected the normal amount around 100-500mb or something. But no, its 1.06GB

I am not sure what it causing it so I have no idea how you can reproduce it. My only extensions are LastPass, Grammarly, Honey, and Pagemarker.

                  • in image one it is a spinning beach ball but it didn't show in the screenshot

                    • Steps to reproduce:
Safari does not behave in the same way. To reproduce this bug on my end is to simply open the browser and type something in the search bar and press a website. Then the browser should completely freeze and the spinning beach ball appears.

                      Expected behavior:
I expected it to normally open the website but now I can't open anything.

                      • Similar to other browsers, it is helpful (for me at least) to have a long search bar that allows me to see full links. This could be integrated as a setting in "Customise Toolbar" where u can swap out this search bar for a 'long' one. This long one will act as 'Flexible Space' does. Or somehow adding the 'dragging' that is used for app windows to resize.
