Do you still reproduce this on the latest version of Orion (Beta or RC)?
Are you only importing Bookmarks, or also History and/or passwords?
In Orion, is the checkbox in Settings -> Sync turned on, and if so, are you syncing with another device, e.g. Orion on iPhone?
