Address Bar outline set at startup; does not change with system dark mode

Steps to reproduce:

• Start Orion, note that it matches the system dark mode setting and the Address Bar outline colour is correct
• Toggle the system dark mode setting
• Observe that the address bar outline colour is not updated correctly

Expected behavior:
Address Bar outline colour updates correctly
