I was trying to login to shopandship.com with Orion but nothing was happening when I was clicking login. The login window would close and the login button stops working. I have to click on the shopandship logo to reload the page and then try agsain but same issue. It kinda crashes after I try to login. Eventually Orion just wouldn't load the page anymore so I thought the issue was with the website. But then I thought of checking with Safari and the page loaded and I was able to login just fine. I went back to Orion but page wouldn't load. I quit and came back in but same issue, page just won't load anymore in Orion.

I then tried to open it in the RC release and it worked, the page loaded. But then when I tried to login the same issue happened. Orion can't seem to work with shopandship.com

I'm attaching video showing how the page loads fine in safari but stopped loading in Orion.

Note: I've been running into so many random little bugs with Orion I'm not sure if I just submit them all or not since I don't want to seem like I'm complaining or spamming.

I expected to be able to login to shopandship.com.

    Hey, I tried to reproduce the page not loading on Orion but I was unable to do so; shopandship.com and the login popup work exactly as expected on Orion and Orion RC on my device. Just to rule out your filter lists and extensions, could you see if you are able to reproduce the behavior on a fresh Orion profile via File -> Profiles -> New Profile...?

    If you produce clear steps for reproducing the issues alongside pictures/videos, you are more than welcome to submit them individually. Collections of various bugs with an ambiguous title like "Many bugs" make it a nightmare to track.

        I'm at work on my work mac and I was just able to recreate the "crash" or at least thats what I'm calling it.

          I tried with a new profile in the same browser, the website opened and I was able to login. I only have extension installed and active and it's Chrome Currency Convertor. When I disable it nothing changes. You mentioned filters? How can I check those.

            Wanted to add two things I discovered.

            • when I enter the password manually and not use autofill, I can login. Only when using autofill does it not login. I checked the saved passwords and it's correct.

            • when the website no longer loads like in the video, if I delete the cookie for that site it starts to load again.

            Hope this helps narrow down the problem. I'm starting to think something is wrong with my passwords/autofill since my reddit issue although not the same problem seems to be related to the password autofill issue.

              Hey Vlad, which part wasn't clear?

              There is a bug in Orion where when autofilling the password on shopandship.com it doesn't work and after a few attempts the site becomes unaccessible until the cookies are cleared. I took the time to make and share videos for clarifications and I even came back and added additional notes which I felt could be helpful.

              Leaving a "?Clarification" tag from your end without making the effort to tell me what you need clarification on isn't very helpful.

                Thank you for looking deeper into the issue. Since the login flow works as expected on a fresh Orion profile, there is a setting in your main profile that is causing the issue. You mentioned the odd behavior caused by Orion autofill so that is a start. What happens if you save your login details on the new Orion profile and attempt to use autofill on it?

                    I just created a new profile, went to website, logged in manually and chose to save password. I logged in fine, logged out, tried to login with autofill and ran into same issue as video. On the 4th autofill login attempt the website stops loading and Orion gives me the message network connection was lost.

                      That does sound consistent enough, thank you! I'd imagine that is enough to bump this one up from clarification.

                      While attempting to create an account on the site so I could reproduce the issue, I noticed the same issue happens when attempting to register so now we have an easy and consistent way of reproducing the issue. Thank you for your patience 🙂

                      Steps for reproducing the issue:

                      1. Go to https://www.shopandship.com/en/signup?state=newuser
                      2. Fill in any information and attempt to continue to the next page of the process
                      3. Orion refuses to do this
                      4. Refresh the page
                      5. The broken cookie issue happens
                      6. Clear cookies for shopandship.com
                      7. Refresh the page
                      8. It works again
                      9. Enable Compatibility mode on Orion
                      10. You should be able to properly register now
                        Safari works as expected.

                        I just tried to login using autofill with Compatibility Mode enabled, still the same issue as before so that didn't help in the case of logging in.

                            Update: I just found another website where I have a similar problem. https://www.ticketone.it/en/

                            Without trying to log in, just browsing the site and performing various things like adding to cart or filling out a form. After a short period I get the following error:

                            Access Denied

                            You don't have permission to access "http://www.ticketone.it/" on this server.

                            The website stops working until I delete the cookie.

                            To replicate, for example just now, I changed language of site to English. I went to a random band, added two tickets and then checked out. I then clicked back and got the error Access Denied and I now can no longer load the site until I delete cookie again.
