"Ask for each download" does not work

@Yannick nope, still not fixed. on Version 0.99.131-beta (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4) now and:

this download started without any prompt and of course disappears as soon as it's done as well, just like it's not supposed to

It doesn’t work for me either now... It used to work fine for months, always asking which folder I wanted to download a file to, but now everything goes directly to 'Downloads' without prompting.
This is really annoying. I thought it was a bug from the new update (Apr 2, 2025), so I installed an older version, but that didn’t solve the issue. I updated again, and it still doesn’t work.

aryin for me it alternates between working (asking for each file) and not working (downloading without prompting).

I wonder why Orion even has a codepath for downloading without prompting and then removing the entry from downloads once done, since I know that does not just happen on its own. Maybe it's used for extensions, but even if so, why is it so hard to properly secure?? I don't want anything to do this other than "magic" stuff like extensions.
