Use the existing Kagi translation feature in both desktop and mobile Orion when a user visits a site with text that is not in their default macOS/iOS language.
When Orion loads a page in a language different from the device's default, it should display a visual indicator to easily activate Kagi translation. This indicator could be a dropdown bar at the top of the page or a translate icon in the URL bar. Once activated, the feature should offer options such as "Always translate language X to language Y," "Translate page once," or "Never offer to translate again."
