Scrolling randomly causes the browser to freeze (including UI) for tens of seconds.
Started about 3 weeks ago.
Safari not impacted.

[Regression] Scrolling causes freezes
Hey, I'm sorry to hear Orion isn't performing as well as it should.
Let's begin by trying if disabling Settings -> Appearance -> Hide Toolbar on Scroll does anything. This is a known cause for poor scrolling performances (stuttering on my device, not as extreme as the issues you have described). Nevertheless, I could see the two issues being related.
If that does not solve the issue, could you share a screen recording of the freezing?

scolling lag is fixed in 1.3.15, currently waiting for Apple review
workaround solution posted by laiz works on 1.3.14, you can disable it for couple more days, sorry
