Orion's sidebar width currently goes to any point the user drags it to.
but unlike a browser like Arc, the sidebar doesn't 'snap' to an optimal position:
and, orion can do this in two spots:

(safari's default sidebar width)
additionally, when the user drags the sidebar all the way to the edge of the window, the sidebar should close, like in safari:
