Form submission frequently fails

I'd say around 20% of the time when I submit a comment to github PR it fails (as shown in vid). I suspect it's something to do with an authenticator, because sometimes in AWS it tells me that the authenticator is invalid, rather than just timing out.

Sometimes a refresh seems to fix it, other times I need to quit orion and restart it, or just use another browser.

This doesn't happen in any other browser I've tried (chrome, brave, safari)

I've also just had my laptop wiped, and reinstalled everything from scratch, and this issue has persisted across the wipe

dino Safari works just fine. I suspect there's an authenticator that isn't being refreshed when it times out, as on some AWS pages it tells me the authenticator is expired.
