I want to be able to click on a tab from the tab bar in Profile A and drag it to a window in Profile B. Right now the Profile window B won't receive the tab: the tab just becomes a new window in Profile A.
The Profile B window also won't receive a URL dragged from the Profile A address bar, unless I drag it to specifically to the address bar of Profile B, which is a pain when the windows are overlapping.
I don't see a downside relative to the existing user experience, since tabs can already be dragged within the same profile.
This would be useful for users who open an external link in the wrong profile, and also for users who realize they want to distribute their tabs among profiles in a new way, such as if they realize it would be best to split a "Work" profile into a "Work Research" profile and a "Work Action Items" profile.
I know there is a feature in the context menu, but I have a lot of tab groups in Profile A, so it's far down in my menu; and besides dragging would be easier for me than control-clicking and using a menu hierarchy.
