Toggling windows/reading list sidebar on and off causes the vertical tabs sidebar to appear while still being in horizontal tabs mode.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a Orion window with a few tabs in horizontal tabs mode.
  2. Show and then hide the windows or reading list side bar.
  3. Note that on hiding, the vertical tabs sidebar appears, while horizontal tabs remains enabled.

The vertical tabs sidebar should not appear when the windows/reading list sidebar is hidden while being in horizontal tabs mode.
