I have recently started using Orion on both my Mac and my two iOS devices (iPhone and iPad). On iOS all seems to be good. On Mac the browser already crashed twice.
I had used the browser for a while, then I locked my Mac and went away. I came back, unlocked my Mac and Orion had crashed (offering me to send a report, which I did).
The only additional extension I'm using is 1Password, which I installed from the "Popular Extensions" list.
Another minor issue after the crash: despite me configuring the browser to reopen all the windows and tabs, when I reopened Orion it only opened the main window (along with all its tabs) but it didn't reopen the second window and its group of tabs. Luckily that window was saved (I imported those groups from the Safari migration) so I could reopen them quickly.
