I can reproduce this in the latest Orion RC ersion 0.99.128.2.1-rc (WebKit 619.1.11.111.2) with MacOS Sonoma on a clean profile. Compatibility mode doesn't help.

Still crashes and loops for me in Orion 0.99.129-beta
By the way - also based in Japan. So maybe not reproducible if region isn't being detected as 日本？
