RC Window Tab Groups: Window switching by cmd-opt not working

Steps to reproduce:
Open the Orion RC
Open another window
Try to use cmd-opt to window-switch.
It doesn't work.

Credit @pievelna : It works with the window-switcher pane open.

Expected behavior:
cmd-opt-number switches windows.

Orion and macOS:
macOS Version 12.0.1
Orion Version 0.99.109.1.3-beta (WebKit 613.1.12)
