Since some recent version, I faced exactly the same situation displayed in https://orionfeedback.org/d/785-zotero-extension-doesnt-work (I may need to start a new discussion because the old one is locked). This includes the same appearance in the extension's options page. Reinstalling the extension or disabling all other extensions does not help.
The extension is working properly.
