Description of the issue:
The following tags have no light theme alternatives:
Under review, Clarification, Release notes
Example submissions: #8182 and #8213
Desired functionality:
All tags should reflect the used theme. This would result in the forum looking more polished — as the users have come to expect from Kagi and Orion.
Attention should also be paid to the contrast between the white background and the tag color so the legibility is maintained.
